(Leading classroom discussion)
One hour was the time
for conducting one meeting in one day. The regulation was designed to have 60
minutes to conduct one course. Conducting preparation and made the lesson plan
helped me to manage time and organize the activities during the learning
process. It was important to deliver the whole materials in one meeting and
made the students understand. Choosing appropriate approach also important to
be decided in order to help teacher to manage the time and activity be easier to be handled. The activities were divided into 3 stages, pre-activity, main activity,
and post-activity. For the time allocation I gave 10 minutes for pre-activity
the details of the activities went like this:
00:00-01:00 greeting
and the prayer
01:00-03:00 listing the
attendance while doing preparation
03:00-10:00 giving
motivation and brainstorming
For the main activity I gave 40 minutes for the time
allocation, the activities went like this:
10:00-18:00 explaining
the first material with the discussion
18:00-25:00 explaining
the second material with the discussion
25:00-30:00 grouping
the group discussion
30:00-50:00 students
conducting group activity (presentation)
For the post-activity I gave 10 minutes for the time
allocation, the activities went like this:
50:00-58:00 teacher
emphasizing the material briefly continued with students concluding the material
58:00-60:00 teacher
giving homework and dismissed the meeting
So, Those activities was covering the full time of learning designed by the school.

Those are the time management with the activities has
been conducted during the learning activity conducted. I also was preparing the
plan B to manage something that might be happened out from the expectation. As
a teacher plan B needed to minimize consuming a lot of time and avoid some
problems.
