English Teaching Plan: Oral Communication

(USHS English K-12 Curriculum)

As a good and discipline teacher, designing lesson plan before conducting teaching activities is a must be conducted. There are a lot of benefits will be received by applying lesson plan before having class. Teacher can be more prepared and arrange able the situation in the classroom. On the first teaching experience, I already made my own lesson plan based on the curriculum instructed and  guided by my cooperate teacher earlier. The topic that I have taught was about the oral communication in context: the function of communication. The media, strategy, learning objectives, activities, and assessment also designed completely in order to help the students get the learning achieve completely. Here is the example of my teaching plan that I have designed with my cooperate teacher. The lesson plan prepared was the brief one, she said no need to be more detail as long as the information and instruction is clear to be written and understood by the teacher. This lesson plan used to teach for collaborative teaching activities at the end of the second week. This is the first lesson plan:

The lesson plan made was complete with its instruction, assessing activity, and scoring rubric activity. Every components on the lesson plan should be mastered and known well by the teacher in order to avoid mistakes in teaching and also it would be better if the content of the lesson plan should be changed in every meeting to make sure the varieties of classroom learning process will be meaningful and fun.

(I was making my own lesson plan)
