        It’s Wati turned to keep looking for Yudha and Astari on the game of hide and seeks. In Netherlands architecture building belonged to her grandfather, she was still looking for her friends. The atmosphere began to feel different when the dragon carved doors on the second floors began to open by itself. It made Wati curious and scared. But she braced herself to pass it and she unconsciously was followed by several shadows behind of her. That was so scared at that time and the silhouette in the evening really made tenseness of her. But the shadows still followed her and occasionally disappeared behind the wall that without a window. Wati realized it and started to run fast while screaming. But they still wanted to play with Wati. But her weeping and screaming was broke out in that old building. She was hiding behind of the winter closet of her deceased grandmother. Suddenly a lot of stomping toward to the closet, but there was no answer. After opened by force they found Wati’s body was fainted because of fear.

The Effect of not Exercising

        There are several effects of not do daily exercise. Firstly one obvious effect is obesity. A person who just sit in front of TV after eat will increase their fat in their body. Secondly the other effect is it’ll increase our blood sugar. The enzyme will not absorb glucose well because the enzyme not produces well. The fat also will interfere our blood vessel. The last thing is heart attack. Our heart will work harder than usual because of cumulation of fat. So those are some effect if we avoid to do daily exercise.
